Please note that as of August 14, 2024, we have updated our Support Platform. The legacy system will no longer be available to log new support cases.
As previously communicated, You can now raise a support request using the following options:
- Send a mail to support@promon.no
- Contact your Customer Success Representative at customer-success@promon.no
- Self-Register - If you have recently received an email from Promon with login credentials, this will enable you to access the new Support Portal and submit support cases
- Registered users can add colleagues using the “Create Contact” button in the portal and follow the steps. Colleagues will then receive a notification mail to complete their registration.
